Refund policy


Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or for some reason, the incorrect item, notify us within 14 days of the delivery date.  Include a picture of the defective / damaged item so we can get a new item sent to you as soon as possible.  You won’t be required to return the damaged / defective item. 

Refunds / Exchanges 

All items are created for you at the time you place your order, minimizing cost and waste associated with conventional methods of production which result in unused inventory.  Because of this, we are unable to offer a refund for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or purchasing an incorrect size.  We attach a size chart to be viewed with each item, so please be sure you are ordering the correct size.  If you like a little extra room in your t-shirt, we suggest you consider ordering a size up. 

Package Not Delivered 

If your package was not delivered for some reason, please contact the shipping company to determine if the package was delivered.  If you confirm the package was never delivered by the shipping company, notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can get another item sent to you at no additional cost.  

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address that was incorrectly entered at the time the order was replaced. 

Shipping 

SHIPPING IS FREE on all orders over $50.00.  A flat rate of $5.50 is applied for all orders under $50.00.
